Priman Ehitus OÜ was founded in 2006 and is based on Estonian capital. The company’s areas of activity include general contracting, general construction works, and roof and façade construction. 2013 saw the addition of the manufacturing of accessories, classic and rolled profile sheets.

The project “PriMan Ehitus OÜ Digitalisation Roadmap” received support from the European Regional Development Fund.
Project Summary:
As part of the project, a digitalisation roadmap will be developed for the company to increase awareness of its current level of digitalisation, cybersecurity, and automation, and to enhance the added value of its products and services through improvement activities.
Project Objective and Outcome:
The objective of the project is to increase the company’s awareness of its current state of digitalisation, automation, and cybersecurity, and to enhance the added value of its products and services through improvement activities.
As part of the project, a digitalisation roadmap accompanied by an explanatory report will be created for the company, serving as a strategic document.
The document will assess the company’s level of digitalisation and cybersecurity, evaluate the necessary investments to eliminate bottlenecks, their profitability and timeline, and their impact on the company’s financial performance.
In addition, the digitalisation roadmap will include an action plan for implementing digitalisation over the next three years.
